Consultation
There are so many steps to creating a successful event. They all start with a concept. However let’s start by discussing your audience. Knowing who they are and what they like can help immensely when it comes to creating a concept that will keep their attention during the event and keep them talking about it long after it ends.
Next let’s look at budget. Every event has one and it’s often a huge deciding factor.
Design
Now that we have a plan. Let’s get it in CAD and see if it fits the room. Some times even the best thought out plan just can’t be done in certain venues. Maybe the room just isn’t large enough, maybe the ceiling isn’t high enough,
maybe there is no way to get the set into the room or there isn’t enough power available to make it happen. There are a lot of variables to cover and there are always surprises. So let’s cover everything we can now and be better
able to address the unforeseeable when it surfaces.
Specification
Now we need to figure out what type of gear and crew support we need. There are a lot of fantastic audio visual companies our there and just as many staffing agencies. Broadcast One doesn’t provide these things but we do have a wealth of knowledge about them. So when we’re putting it out for bid we know what you need and just as importantly what you don’t need. We can help you make the best deal possible without sacrificing quality of equipment or service.
Production
Crew, lights, video, audio, streaming support, rehearsals, and calling the cues that make them all come together. We can be there to make sure these are managed properly and on keeping to our time line. It’s vital that things are completed on time and ready to go. Every step relies on the one before it. You can’t build the stage until the lights are in the air. Mistakes, issues and apathy can not only make everyone fall behind but be costly in the labor and overtime realm. We’ll negotiate the production schedule with your vendors and the venue and provide oversite to make sure it’s followed as closely as possible.
